Stephanie Santana has extensive experience within the customer service industry. With a combined drive for advocacy and lived experience as a Colbert Class Member, Stephanie is eager to continuously educate herself all while collaborating with other Access Living colleagues. Through empathy, compassion and development, Stephanie has educated class members on the Colbert-Williams set of decrees and used her own lived experience within that program. In 2025, Stephanie became the Program Coordinator of the Survivors of Gun Violence Program at Access Living. Some of Stephanie’s hobbies include painting, writing, listening, and discovering new music as well as baking for family and friends.
