Rosanna is a community leader with extensive experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. From 2002 to 2012, she was President and CEO of the Chicago-based Eleanor Foundation. She currently serves on the governing, national Board of Directors of AARP, having served before that as State President for AARP Illinois and Chair of its statewide Executive Council. She  also previously served as the Regional Administrator for the Midwest Region of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), where she oversaw implementation and evaluation of over $3 billion in annual HUD funding across the six-state Midwest region. Rosanna was also a cabinet-level member of Mayor Richard M. Daley’s administration. Before entering public service, she was a litigation attorney with the Chicago-based international law firm Mayer Brown.
