As an Engagement and Support Coordinator for Access Living Chicago, Stephanie Santana has extensive experience within the customer service industry. With a combined drive for advocacy and lived experience as a Colbert Class Member, Stephanie is eager to continuously educate herself all while collaborating with other Access Living colleagues. Through empathy, compassion and development, Stephanie plans to not only educate class members on the Colbert-Williams set of decrees, but to also include her own experience within the program. Some of Stephanie’s hobbies include painting, writing, listening, and discovering new music as well as baking for family and friends.
