UPDATE: All of the vaccine slots Access Living was given are filled at this time.

Access Living friends and allies:

We have an important alert for Chicagoans with disabilities TODAY. Thanks to the Chicago Mayor’s Office on People with Disabilities, Access Living has a set of Covid-19 vaccine appointment slots for this coming Wednesday, March 24, at the United Center. In order to get an appointment, you must a) live anywhere in the City of Chicago and b) be a person with a disability.

If you are interested in a vaccine slot: please use this form to let us know of your interest and how to contact you. We can also help answer your questions about accessibility and transportation. Spots will go fast, so please sign up ASAP! Please help us get this opportunity to those who want it.

What should you know before getting vaccinated at United Center? For people with disabilities, there is a list of info to know before you go at this link. It’s in the ‘Accessibility and Support Services” section.

Please share this critical opportunity with interested Chicagoans with disabilities. Thank you!
