Kevin Bradley

Professional head shot of Kevin Bradley

Throughout his career Kevin has ensured that disabilities was always part of the diversity and inclusion conversation. In many of his past roles, including roles at RR Donnelley, McDonald’s Corporation, Discover Financial Services, and The Boeing Company, he has been responsible for the creation and execution of a global inclusion and diversity initiative to build a culture where all employees feel seen, heard, valued, and respected. He has done presentations and workshops on disability awareness, the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities, and disability resources for employers.  He was part of a team that launched the first Chicago BLN and while employed at McDonald’s, Bradley successfully advocated for the inclusion of parathletes in the company’s advertisements during the Olympics and Paralympics. He has also been a strong advocate for many years with disability employee resource groups and disability recruitment outreach, including internships for students with disabilities. At present Kevin is part of HUB international.

In his personal life, he has volunteered for Special Olympics and taught a martial arts class for young people with disabilities at his local Park District. Kevin is a Chicago area native and resides in Oswego with his wife Barbara.
